Receptionist
Role: Receptionist
Location: The Brightwell, Wheatfield Drive, Bradley Stoke, Bristol, BS32 9DB
Rate of Pay: £15.5K to £17K (experience dependent)
Responsible to: Lead Receptionist
We are looking for someone to cover 26 hrs per week Monday to Friday (part of a ful-time job share.)
Hours of Work:
Monday 1pm – 5:30pm
Tuesday 1pm – 5:30pm
Wednesday 1pm – 5:30pm
Thursday 1pm – 5:00pm
Friday 8:30pm – 4:30pm
There is flexibility in these working hours and days for the right candidate as well as the potential for increased hours into the evening as the centre expands.
We are looking for a Professional, organised, friendly Receptionist to work part-time (26 hour job-share Mon-Fri) at our purpose-built Therapy Centre in Bradley Stoke.
Main Duties:
- Greeting visitors to the Centre
- Answering calls and enquiries
- Database management
- Appointment scheduling/diary management
- General administration including end of day banking
Skills Required:
- Previous reception & administration experience essential
- Professional, positive, friendly attitude
- Organised/flexible/adaptable
- Able to prioritise workload and multitask
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook (Word/Excel/Teams/Access)
