Carers Support Session

We will be touching on a wide range of issues, including various aspects of dealing with health care services for the person you care for, entitlement to benefits, registering with Priority Services Registers for power, water etc, organising aids & adaptations, Emergency Information Plans, 3rd Party Mandates, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Carers Assessments.

Open discussion at the end of the session will provide an opportunity to share information and experiences, and to identify any of these areas that members may wish to focus on in more detail at future sessions.
