Free Inclusive Cycling Sessions
Looking to develop your cycle skills?
The Vinehill Trust hosts FREE drop-in Cycle sessions on Wednesdays between 10 am-4.00 pm for people with disabilities, additional needs or enduring health conditions
They have a range of bikes, trikes, handcycles, co-riders and other adaptive bikes, so they offer a variety of ways to get you pedalling.

ME linked to your genetics – early study indicates
The University of Edinburgh’s Institute of Genetics and Cancer has found a genetic link in the DNA of people with ME, compared to the general population.
